Booking conditions
General cancellation conditions:
free cancellation up to 6 p.m. on the day before the arrival day (except for non-refundable rates).
Different cancellation conditions may apply to promotional rates, New Year stays and conference periods.
We will need your credit card number and expiry date for the reservation to be valid. If you do not have a credit card, please pay for 1 night in advance to secure your room.
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in: our rooms are available from 3 p.m.
Check-out: we would ask you to vacate your room by 12 p.m. at the latest. (Of course, we are happy to store luggage for you.)
Smokers – non-smokers:
all public areas plus all floors are non-smoking.
There are smoking areas in the inner courtyard.
Assumption of costs:
If a third party is responsible for the cost of your stay, please send us, completed, our cost assumption form by Fax: +43 1 535 45 15-15 or as a PDF document.

All the above listed prices are per room/night including our substantial buffet breakfast (24.- euro per person),and also include VAT and local taxes.
For children from age 7 and each additional adult in the room (maximum 3 persons per room) there is an additional bed surcharge of EUR 50,-- per person/night.
Unfortunately, on account of the historic nature of the building, our hotel is not 100% accessible; we cannot therefore offer disabled-access rooms.
